Every data table carries a workspace_id column. Every authenticated read joins on workspace membership. Cross-tenant data leakage cannot happen via any API surface — it's enforced before the database.

Yes. Workspace membership is per-user-per-workspace. Edits are scoped to whichever workspace the user has selected.
