Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ReportCue ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
1. Account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Sharing access to a workspace counts as you authorising those users; revoke them in the workspace settings at any time.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to (a) violate any law or third-party rights, (b) try to access other tenants' data, (c) reverse-engineer the system, or (d) overload the infrastructure (we apply fair-use limits — see plan quotas).
3. Plans, billing, refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Trials are 14 days; no card required to start. If you cancel, the subscription ends at the end of the current period — no pro-rated refunds. Annual plans are non-refundable but exportable.
4. Data ownership
You own all data you upload or that we sync on your behalf. We are a data processor; you remain the data controller for your end-customers' search and analytics data. We delete your data within 30 days of account closure (longer only where required by law).
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no SLA on Starter / Pro plans. Agency and Enterprise plans include written SLAs.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses, lost data, or lost profits.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Sharjah unless otherwise agreed.
