Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 June 2026

By creating an account or using ReportCue ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. ReportCue is operated under the brand mark "Reporting Cue".

1. Account

You sign in with Google or with a magic-link email. You're responsible for keeping the account secure. Sharing access to a workspace counts as you authorising those users; revoke them in the workspace settings at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights;
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other tenants;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
  • Overload the infrastructure beyond the fair-use limits described in your plan;
  • Use the Service to spam, phish, or send unsolicited communications;
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a written agreement with us.

3. Plans, billing, refunds

Trials are 14 days; no payment method required to start. Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. If you cancel, the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds. Annual plans are non-refundable but you can export all data via CSV until the period ends.

Prices are listed in USD. Applicable VAT / sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing address.

4. Data ownership

You own all data you upload or that we sync on your behalf via your connected accounts. We act as a data processor; you remain the data controller for your end-customers' search, analytics, social, and ad performance data. We delete your data within 30 days of account closure (longer only where required by law, e.g. billing records for tax compliance).

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but make no formal SLA on Starter / Pro plans. Agency and Enterprise plans include written SLAs with service credits for downtime below the target.

6. Third-party APIs

The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google, Meta, TikTok, Zoho, SEMrush, and others listed in our Privacy Policy → Sub-processors). We are not responsible for changes those providers make to their APIs, rate limits, pricing, or access requirements. We commit to maintaining the integrations promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service when a provider's API breaks or is deprecated.

7. Confidentiality

Data you sync into ReportCue (including performance metrics for your clients) is treated as confidential. We do not share, sell, or republish it. Our staff may access it only as needed to operate the Service or to respond to a support request you initiate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Minor edits are reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with notice where possible. On termination, we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Sharjah unless otherwise agreed in writing.
